Shipping Options and Costs:
For your convenience, we offer two shipping options: standard shipping and express shipping. Most orders qualify for free standard shipping, which takes 10-15 business days after payment. Express shipping, which takes 5-7 business days after payment, is available for an additional fee. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout before making your payment.

Shipping Time and Tracking:
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This number can be used to track your order on our website or the carrier’s tracking site. Please note that customs clearance or delivery delays in certain countries are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.
Refunds:
We are committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. When reaching out, please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the issue. We will endeavor to process your request promptly.
